As a member of the Web Services team, the Web Designer contributes to the achievement of website goals and the successful delivery of associated projects:

1. Conceptualise, create, design, implement and maintain user interfaces for web sites, applications and interactive presentations.
2. Conceptualise, create, design, implement and maintain templates, style guides, branding elements, original graphics, icons, illustrations, animations, icons and multimedia.
3. Meet standards for compliance with industry best practice
4. Contribute to the development of initiatives, activities and strategies undertaken by the Web Services and Applications Development teams, particularly special projects to develop new content and applications.
5. Ensure the highest standards of customer service and liaison are delivered and maintained when consulting with internal and external clients, including presentation of design concepts and negotiation of scope and outputs.
 

Desirable: Experience with podcasting and streaming audio & video Knowledge of Flash animation/Action Script
